Responsibilities and Tasks
Platform Management: Responsible for the daily operation of the online store (product activation, category management, pricing, digital visual merchandising, and stock/inventory control).
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze the sales funnel and user behavior to implement continuous improvements that increase the conversion rate and average order value (AOV).
Campaign and Promotion Management: Plan and execute the online commercial calendar (sales, Black Friday, seasonal campaigns) in coordination with the Digital Marketing team.
Data Analysis (Web Analytics): Monitor e-commerce KPIs daily (traffic, bounce rate, cart abandonment, ROI, CAC) and prepare performance reports.
Customer Experience (UX/CX): Ensure the best shopping experience and collaborate with the Customer Support and Logistics teams to guarantee efficient deliveries and returns.
E-commerce SEO: Optimize product pages, descriptions, and images to improve organic ranking on search engines.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business Management, IT/Computer Engineering, or equivalent fields.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing E-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in one or more market-leading platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento/Adobe Commerce, VTEX, or Prestashop).
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and user behavior analysis tools (e.g., Hotjar, Clarity).
Familiarity with retention-focused marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot).
Strong analytical profile.
Fluent in French, English and Portuguese.
